All the following dimensions are outside.

The rear diameter to be 4"

The circumference will be 4" * pi = 12.5714"

The front dimensions will be:

Width & diameter = 2"

The 2 half circumferences will be 2" * pi = 6.2857"

The length of a straight vertical = (12.5714–6.2857)/2 = 3.1429"

The height at the nose will be 2" + 3.1429" = 5.1429"

 The wall thickness will be approximately 5/32" (0.15625")

 The length will be approximately 58".

Unidirectional tape @ 45 degrees:

Diagonal dimension = sq-rt.(2 * 12.5714 squared) = 17.7786"

For 45 degrees tape will be 4.4447" wide, if interlaced.

For 45 degrees tape will be 8.8894" wide, if layered =45/-45.

Manufacturing:

Wrap unidirectional carbon over (wood?) mandrel. Then enclose laminates in shrink-wrap film. Any bleed will be out ends only.
