Tip
If tip cap was to have a VERY small winglet pointing down & out at say 45 degrees would this 1/ remove some of the tip loss & 2/ decrease, to a limited extent, the lifting of the front edge of the disk when the helicopter is in forward flight.
Core & Blade Strength
Could consider having honeycomb core go beyond the back edge of the uni-directional carbon and at the 41% location fill every 2nd or 3 hole with chopped carbon and epoxy?
Material
Should/must be prepreg to assure equal weight and location of weight in all blades
