Rohacell:
It appears that it may not bond well to the composite.
At 350 degrees F it will expand. This could be good for cure and also it might allow the foam to be cut without twist then twisted in the mold and the cure removing the torsion.
Aluminum honeycomb will probably require fiberglass facing on both ends.

Method of Manufacturing:
Mill bottom surface of core.
Invert base in Core Cutter table.
Invert Core.
Mill top surface of core.
Mill groove for Leading edge weight
