Manufacturing: Preliminary notes. Will change.

Must make the outer portion of the outer ring stiffer.

    1. Rough up the surfaces of the bell, Bisector and hub ring.
    2. Seal off the tops of the areas of the elastomers.
    3. Invert the rotor hub.
    4. Pour the low durometer elastomer (latex rubber?) into the outer ring cavity.
    5. Pour the high durometer elastomer into the inner ring cavity.
    6. Screw on the caps on the bell?, Bisector?, hub ring?; to retain the elastomers.

Alternative:

Three spring pair sets located at 120º azimuth intervals from each other.
