Comparison of weight & strength etc. for steel and titanium shafts of equal strength

Titanium is 6Al-4Va shafting and requires the center to be machine bored out for lightness.

Consideration of SynchroLite in respect to Ultrasport 331:

The Ultrasport titanium mast, if solid, would be 1.6" OD. Its 100% RRPM is 500 RPM and the engine is 65 hp.
