DESIGN: SynchroLite ~ Rotor - Disk

Twist:

With a rotor speed of 600 RRPM and a forward speed of 100 mph, the radius of zero airflow on the blade at 270º azimuth is 27". In addition, the inner portion of the advancing blade is passing over the fuselage and the hub of the other rotor. This queries the advantage of twist.

Center of Lift:

If a rotor disk was able to have a consistant disk loading over the total disk area (ideal twist all the way in to the center of the mast) then the center of lift on the blades would be at 70.7% of the rotor disk's radius
