Low Power:

The objective is to have the electronic speed controller(s) start reducing the power going to the motor as the stored power diminishes to below a specific value. This reducing value will eventually result in the craft descending, irrespective of the pilot's desires. The objective is to take the craft down toward the ground on a gradual glide slope, unless the pilot should wish to descent faster. Before the location of flare, the pilot will arm the safety capacitors so that they can provide short-term full power for a conventional landing.

Interestingly, it appears that the Schulze future-l series ESC's do this very thing. See 'Operating Instructions, page 6 e'

US Digital ~ The A2 absolute encoder is a non-contacting optical rotary position sensor which reports the shaft angle within a 360° range. As opposed to incremental encoders, the A2 reports the absolute position rather than the change in position. When powered up, it does not require a home cycle, even if the shaft was rotated while the power was off.

Fuse:

There is an 8A, 250V fuse in the Keepco power supply unit. There is also a STSP toggle switch on the Keepco. This note belongs in the Power - Circuit F&P

Have 30mm multiple fuse holder. The largest 20mm fuse is 30 A. Can it be used to link fuses in parallel for higher values?
